Many people have noticed the year 2013 has started very awkwardly with many people feeling a sense of disconnect or disjointedness. Much of this is because we have experienced a prolonged conclusion to the Dragon year, and there seems to be ‘fighting energies’ in the first quarter of the year, as this very apt animation, done for AXN Asia, perfectly illustrates.

This tussle for energy domination will probably go on till April 2013, wherein the Dragon Year can truly be said to be gone, and the Snake enters in full force. But until then, we must put up with these two fudging up the energies of the year.
